Before Training As A Personal Trainer, My Training Lacked Organization And Structure. I Was Never Going To See The Results That I Wanted Because Of One Easy To Fix Factor

I Had No Real Understanding Of What I Was Doing.
 

I have always been interested in health and fitness, working out and just generally keeping fit. I left school with excellent grades in PE and Sport Studies.

Because of this, I was always keen on going to the gym from time to time. I would spend hours upon hours in the gym, trying to see the results that I always wanted but never had the time to pursue. 

Honestly, I thought that the more training I did, the faster and better results I would see in the long run.
